Smooth Finance is an independent finance firm dedicated to helping property developers and investors source, structure and secure optimal funding solutions.

 

The business is led by John Jamali, who brings over 15 years of direct lending and investment experience with leading financial institutions, including Commonwealth Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, GE Capital Real Estate, and Challenger Investment Management.

John’s extensive in-house experience provides clients with a unique insider’s perspective on what funders require to approve a viable funding proposal. This insight, combined with his vast network of funding partners, ensures clients always secure the most competitive terms available.

 

John holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne, along with a Certificate IV in Mortgage Broking. He is also a member of the Finance Brokers Association of Australasia.
